Empowering youngsters

Set up and delivered by The Big Consulting and Nightingale School, the pilot scheme is for 14-19 year olds who are passionate about food to spend a year receiving hands on catering training, with the possibility of setting up a business, entering catering college or getting a job.

New website for Big Bow

With the help of the new website, The Big Bow Company intends to increase its commercial projects, including supplying bows for car dealerships and buildings.
